Project Description
The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed twelve (12) G+1 residential villas; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; curtain glass system, aluminium and timber doors, aluminium windows; gypsum ceiling; porcelain tiled floor finish, mechanical installations (HVAC, extract fans), fire protection equipment and plumbing works; electrical installation including power switch gears complete with testing and commissioning.

Preparation of preliminary cost estimates, detailed BoQ and cost of materials and labour.
Preparation of tender & contract agreement documents at pre-contract stage only
