Note: This case study was delivered under Innovex Group Ltd — Dr. Didas Simon Lello's previous firm (2013–2024) — prior to the founding of Artza Assets. It is included here as part of Dr. Lello's professional experience, not as Artza Assets' own completed work.
Fit-outs works in the office building with approximate gross area of 765sqm including: drywall partition; glass partitions; wall and floor finishing; painting; electrical, ICT and mechanical installations; including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment.
