Proposed construction of St. Francis Xavier Olasipa Academy School buildings to be built at ........ on Plot No .... Block...., Sakina, Arusha, Tanzania.

The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed two (2) storey school building; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; timber doors & mild steel casement windows; gypsum ceiling; porcelain tiled floor finish, mechanical installations including fans, fire protection equipment & plumbing works; electrical installation including power switch gears complete with testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment.
