Proposed design of resorts, hotels and villas, at Paje, Zanzibar.

The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed G+2 hotel building, G+1 villas, restaurant; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; curtain glass system, aluminium and timber doors, aluminium windows; gypsum ceiling; porcelain tiled floor finish, mechanical installations including HVAC, fire protection equipment and plumbing works; electrical installation including power switch gears complete with testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment. External works include; swimming pools, boundary fence walls, gates, power house, landscaping and pergolas.
