Project Description
Three storey-building and integrated with basketball court works with approximate gross area of 2,001.58 sqm including: reinforced concrete frame, blockwork walls, timber and glazed doors, aluminium windows; decorative facade elements (mashrabiya, bracing members, ACPs); finishings; painting; electrical, ICT and mechanical (HVAC & lift) installations; including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment, roofed with heavy duty corrugated iron sheets. In addition, the works include civil basketball pitch works and related finishings complete with external works (pavements, fence, ticket stations, underground water tanks, and septic tanks).
