Proposed Construction of Multipurpose Social Hall to Be Built on Plot No. 70/2, Ursino North, Kinondoni Municipality, Dar Es Salaam (Prior Experience — Innovex Group Ltd.)

Note: This case study was delivered under Innovex Group Ltd — Dr. Didas Simon Lello's previous firm (2013–2024) — prior to the founding of Artza Assets. The senior staff on this assignment was Justine Mselle, another Innovex staff member, not Dr. Lello. It is included here as part of the firm's historical experience, not as Artza Assets' own completed work.

The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed two storey multi-purpose social hall building; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; curtain glass system, aluminium and timber doors & windows; gypsum ceiling; porcelain tiled floor finish, mechanical installations including ventilation installation, fire protection equipment and plumbing works; electrical installation including power switch gears complete with testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment.
