Proposed demolition and extension of an existing double-storey residence on Unit No. 05 of Plot No. 2335, Block 'H', Mbezi - Dar es Salaam

The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed two (2) storey residential building; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; curtain glass system, aluminium and timber doors, aluminium windows; gypsum ceiling; porcelain tiled floor finish, electrical installation including power switch gears complete with testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment; mechanical installations including HVAC, fire protection equipment and plumbing works.
